One of the vehicles involved is a new Porsche. I have been saving to buy a house for a while and was planning to buy in September. Can I lose it? What assets would I be able to keep? The financial repurcussions are unknown to me and I need information desperately. Also if my wages are garnished how much will it be for and for how long would it go on? I realise that you may not know the answers to all of this but ANY assistance or direction would be very appreciated. Thank you. (I can't find it in your dictionary) What is the difference between an ordinary GIC and a flexible GIC. Thanks for your help. I lived in Manitoba for the duration of our marriage, and now reside in Ontario. I wish to apply for financial hardship, and cash in my RRSP. I was told that I could not because it was originally from Manitoba. Is there any other avenue I can pursue this in? I have heard that there were companies that would buy my RRSP, for a cost. Is there a federal division that I can apply at? I am a single mother on a very limited income, and could very much use this $$ now rather than when I am 65. If I can't directly cash the RRSP in, can I use it for a down payment for a house? thank you for your time. Fri, 17 Feb 2006 17:22:49 UTC 11
